For a newbie, where to start?

#1

I am a newbie to this forum and want to start learning about multi-family investing from the ground up before starting investing actively or passively in Multi-Family. What could be a good starting point. Slow and steady wins the race

I am currently an active investor in Land (infill lots right outside major cities)

@anshul There are many ways to get started in multifamily. One of the easiest and cheapest is to start attending meetups to get to know people in the industry. The second way is to find a mentor who can teach and guide you. There are many mentors around. You need to find the one that you can connect with. You want to ensure that the mentor is someone actually doing the deals. There are many mentors who earn more money teaching that actually doing deals. I hope that helps.
